"Received my RIR Video from Bryan on Thursday. I purchased the tune up video and watched it that evening. It was a good video and worth having. It will easily pay for itself when you consider how much the dealer charges to tune up your bike. It was easy to follow and step by step. I recommend the video to anyone interested in working on their bike them
self, that are not mechanics."

"First point - I am the world's 2nd worst wrench - and I'm just giving somebody else the benefit of the doubt . . . I've never met the other guy. So these are real valuable tools for those of us that need the help.

Got them in two days. Great service! I was impressed in the quality of presentation for a first go-round too. The sound on the first tapes two are a little weak, but I understand they have remedied that on later tapes. But
it is still plenty good enough to understand. Best part tho, is that you can really see what is being worked on. Some good close-ups, which I wondered in a couple of cases how he got to them. And the commentary on the proceedures was very clear and easy to follow. You can tell that Bryan has had a lot of experience trying to tell people how to work on their scoots.

The first tape is more basic than I needed, because I have done pretty much everything on them already. (even a terrible wrench can change the oil) But I ordered it anyway because my two sons are riding bikes, and it will be quite good for them to learn for themselves about the basics. Oil and filter change and screen cleaning. Final drive gear oil change. Checking/changing plugs.

The second tape is on brake jobs (pads and fluids). This was an area that I was a little paranoid in attacking, just because my brakes have saved me far more than once, and I didn't want to chance a screwup. I've watched several cage brake replacements, and know that it's not all that tough, but I have a habbit of losing or reversing simple things like springs, etc. After watching the video the first night I got it, I decided that it was not something to get worked up over. I waited until Saturday, when I had the time, and watched it again. (About 30 min per tape).

I went out, and after a minor bit of wrestling with the bracket (had to go back in and look a little closer how Bryan did it - But that's what the tape is for, isn't it?), then I got them off, and the new one's back on with
fairly little trouble. Since the front and rear brakes are identical on BUBF's (tapes apply to all vulcans), then the second one was a piece of cake. The best thing is that I will never hesitate to do it again. And another cool thing is that the labor quoted me from the dealer was $52, $2
more than buying two tapes at the same time. I'm actually looking forward to bleeding the break lines and changing out the fluids soon.

For anybody that is at all uncomfortable with doing work on their own scoots, I would offer an unconditional endorsement (unpaid of course) and would recommend them without reservation. I think it is a great service that has been provided.

I also will be getting future tapes on Carb jetting, etc.

My thanks go to Bryan and Tina and the work they have put forth."
